遺偈 ─ 奉勸徒眾
慈航 ( 1893~1954 )

奉勸一切徒眾，時時反省為要；
每日動念行為，檢點功過多少。
只要自覺心安，東西南北都好；
如果一人未度，切莫自己逃了。
法性本來空寂，因果絲毫不少；
自作還是自受，誰也替你不了。
空花水月道場，處處時時建好；
望爾廣結善緣，自度度他宜早。

Urging All Disciples
Cihang (1893 - 1954)

I urge all disciples: constant reflection is of great importance;
Every day we think and act, examine how much is
    wholesome or unwholesome.
Only if you feel at peace are east, west, south,
    and north all well;
If but one person is not liberated you cannot run away!
Dharma nature is inherently tranquil, cause and effect
    do not miss, even a little;
As you sow so shall you reap, nobody can stand in for you.
A temple is as a sky flower, or the moon in water.
    May you establish good everywhere and at all times.
I wish you to broadly form wholesome karmic connections,
    to better save yourself and others early.
